Payments

All our payments are handled by PayPal, allowing anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this facility as PayPal also accepts major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Maestro,Visa and American Express.

Prices and payments are in GB pounds only. Paypal will convert your local currency into GB pounds if you place an order from abroad.

Shipping

Packaging and postage to mainland UK destinations is FREE. This means that you pay exactly what you see, with no additional costs added at the check out stage. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 of payment being cleared; Paypal payments are instant but cheques etc may take a few days to clear.

Orders are normally sent using the Royal Mail. Please allow up to seven days for delivery within the UK and 21 days for non-UK addresses. Most orders are, however,delivered within two to three days within the UK and four to five days worldwide.

Large parcels may be sent by parcel post and take a few days longer to be delivered

Orders to delivery addresses outside mainland UK may be subject to additional postal costs. If this applies to you, please check before placing an order. Where orders are placed and additional shipping costs are unavoidable we will contact you, prior to shipping your order, detailing the additional costs . You are free to either accept the additional cost or request a full refund of your money.

Remember, the postage and packing is TOTALLY FREE on all orders within mainland UK.

Back Orders

All orders are subject to the availability of the goods offered. If the goods that you ordered are temporarily out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option of keeping the product on back order, accepting an alternative or canceling the order for that item. We will always aim to give you a realistic time frame for the receipt of back orders and can usually restock an item within a maximum of two weeks.

Taxes and Customs

Where relevant, EU taxes and vat have been included in the sale price. Goods dispatched to other countries outside the European Union may be subject to other taxes upon their arrival in that country. You will be liable for any such charges. For more information consult the customs authorities of your own country.
